ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
***Taster workshops are only available to organisations who are considering booking the full 12-week Dare Sessions programme***
They are available at a lower cost, the purpose being for the organisation to see and hear first-hand the benefits of booking our Dare Sessions course and to gain better insight as to what Ldn Dares is about. Our workshops are not a stand alone body confidence building session, but an opportunity to meet us and get a feel for our way of working and the skill set we offer.
The organisation booking the taster session is responsible for covering room rental cost and Ldn Dares team fees, these vary depending on the size of the taster group.
